Product Brief
Heavy bridge transport vehicle is a special heavy transport vehicle composed of tractor + hydraulic multi axis transport vehicle + bridge beam frame vehicle. The tractor provides power, the hydraulic multi axis transport vehicle provides support for the bridge frame beam carrying goods, and the lifting and turning functions of the goods are realized by the hydraulic multi axis transport vehicle.
The bearing structure of the whole vehicle is "bearing beam + end beam + cantilever beam". The bearing beam and end beam, end beam and cantilever beam are connected by hinge pin in vertical direction, and the cantilever beam and supporting plate are connected by spherical hinge.
In order to make the whole cargo transportation process stable and even, a load-sharing beam is added between the bridge beam frame structure and the hydraulic multi axis transport vehicle. In this way, the load-bearing beam, the end beam and the cantilever beam fix the frame form and adjust the frame width through the screw adjustable pull rod, so that the vehicle can flexibly transport all kinds of cargo.
Technological superiority
1. The bearing beam of the frame car is of three-stage structure, without transition beam (i.e. only end beam bearing beam end beam), and the connection mode of end beam and bearing beam is determined by the design.
2. The overall structure of the frame car is designed according to the requirements of carrying capacity of 500t, and the bearing beam is designed according to the specifications of carrying capacity of 500t and effective length of 1350mm; the bridge structure is designed based on the shoulder bearing, and when the collection of heavy load reaches 500t, the bearing point distance of the shoulder bearing of the bearing beam is designed as 8000mm.
3. The adjustable range of the inner width of the bearing beam is 3200mm - 5200mm, and the adjustment of the strut adopts the combination of pin hole, shaft and thread.
4、 The connection between the split beam and the bearing flat car is in the form of limit block, and the length of the split beam is located between 12000mm - 13500mm.
5. The width of the bearing beam of the bridge frame car should be narrowed as much as possible to make the overall width of the frame narrow.
